Passenger and Baggage Security Screening Fee by AirAsia
It seem AirAsia has introduce a Passenger and Baggage Security Screening fee recently without notify their customer.
The new fee will only be shown before you make any payment for the flight ticket.
When I check their website(Home—>Our Fares—>Fees & charges), it was NOT Mention anything about Passenger and Baggage Security Screening!
Why I cannot find any information about Passenger and Baggage Security Screening in their official website?
What’s the rational for this fee?
Has Ministry of Transport (MOT) approved this fee?
Beside the klia2 fees and Processing Fee, AirAsia decide to pass all those Fees to the passengers.
With all these fees, it’s wise to check with other airlines before purchasing your flight ticket.
It may be Cheaper and comes with better Customer Support.
You may not need to call the AirAsia X Premium Line that Charge RM 1.95 per minute, for your Customer Support need.
I hope the Ministry of Transport (MOT) can look into all these “hidden” fee.
