Direct Business Transaction

Direct Business Transaction (DBT) encompasses any trades transacted outside Bursa Malaysia’s  Automated Trading System(ATS) but reported in ATS.

Such transactions include:

1) Crossing Trade = Transaction between two Participating Organizations.

It is a Direct Business transaction in securities between two clients of different Participating Organizations.

2) Married Trade = Transaction between two clients within a
Participating Organization.

The new tax system,‘GST’ (Goods and Services Tax)  of 6%,  will begins on  April 1 2015. It is a replacement tax for the Sales and Services Tax.

Please take this seriously as this is NOT an April Fool jokes.

I foresee our inflation rate will be adjusted even more higher.

I notice most of the Car parking rate now don’t have a maximum cap rate per day.

This mean the longer you park the higher the parking cost will be.

Tropicana City Mall was developed by Tropicana City Sdn Bhd and it was
located fronting the Sprint Expressway and intersection of Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP).

It has 1,700 car park bays (2½ basement levels and additional 1,700 car
park bays located at Damansara Intan ) conveniently linked by an existing direct underpass.
